Roof health check-up - $75 if your address is in Columbia County, OR and $150 if your address is outside of the county. If your roof needs to be replaced we will deduct the cost of the health check-up from your new roof installation.
Roof inspection and certification - $175 in the county and $275 out of the county.
A roof certification is a roof inspection to determine how many years are left for the life of a roof, realtors usually request this if they think the roof is older but still has 3 to 5 years of life left on the shingles.
